GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CUSTOMERS OF ACCOMMODATION AND SERVICES IN PRAGUE CENTRAL CAMP - Naprostá pohoda s.r.o.

1. General provisions
The company Naprostá pohoda s.r.o., ID: 17835283 (hereinafter referred to as the "Accommodator") hereby issues, in accordance with Section 1751 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Civil Code"), these GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (hereinafter referred to as "T&C"):
The subject of these General Terms and Conditions of the Accommodation Provider is the adjustment of the conditions for the implementation of accommodation and related services to the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "Client"). The General Terms and Conditions are an integral part of all agreements between the Accommodation Provider and the Client. By confirming the Accommodation Provider's Offer, or reservation by the Client (hereinafter referred to as the "Reservation"), the Client recognizes the following GTC as binding for all performance related to the subject of the GTC.
2. Reservation of services
A stay at Prague central camp can only be ordered in writing (by post, e-mail, or by filling out and sending a form on the Accommodation Provider's website) or by phone (in this case, however, the order is considered accepted only after its written confirmation.
The Client can make the reservation for himself or for the benefit of a third party. The Accommodation Provider can confirm the reservation to the Client in the same form in which it was made. The reservation (Order) must contain:
first and last name of the Client
date of stay
Client contact details: telephone number, address of permanent residence, e-mail
number of persons ordered in the structure of adults x children (for children, age)
type and number of additional services ordered
The accommodation provider usually processes advance reservations within 24 hours. Confirms advance reservations, sets options, rejects advance reservations, or suggests another date to the Client.
The stay order is accepted by a written confirmation from the Host. The client is obliged to familiarize himself with the reservation confirmation and report any changes within 24 hours at the latest.
The reservation is binding. For the range of contractually agreed services and prices, their breakdown in the booking confirmation is binding.
3. Rights and obligations of the Client
The client has the right to use the allocated space for the agreed period. Check-in takes place between 10 am and 8 pm. In the case of earlier/later arrivals, they are dealt with individually after prior agreement.
The Client is obliged to treat the Host's property with care. The Client is obliged to report any detected defect or damage to the equipment to the Accommodation Provider immediately. The client is obliged to maintain order and cleanliness around his tent/mobile home and in the common areas of the accommodation facility. The client is obliged to keep quiet at night between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. The client is obliged to secure private (brought in) things so that they cannot be stolen. The accommodation provider does not insure these things and, due to the nature of the accommodation facility and operating conditions, is not responsible for these things.
The client has the right to complain about any deficiencies in the services provided. He is obliged to make a complaint in a timely manner, without unnecessary delay, so that a remedy can be negotiated, if possible on the spot. The detailed conditions of the complaint are determined by the Complaints Procedure, which is an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions.
The client is obliged to take the chip from the gate when entering the accommodation facility. The Client is obliged to notify the Accommodation Provider of the loss of the chip immediately without undue delay. The chip is the property of the accommodation provider, in case of loss, the Client is obliged to pay expenses associated with the loss of the chip, etc., or additional costs that the Accommodation Provider will be forced to spend to eliminate the consequences caused by this loss.
The client is obliged to pay the agreed price at the latest at the time of departure, including any additional costs incurred due to special services requested by him or the guests accompanying him, including statutory value added tax.
The client is responsible for the persons who came to visit him for the entire duration of their stay in the building, and is obliged to accompany them when they pass through the common areas of the building. The same obligations apply to the Client's visits as for the Client. The lodger has the right, at his own discretion, not to allow another person to enter the building, or to subsequently expel such a person from the building.
The Client guarantees and is liable to the Accommodation Provider for any damage caused by him or his guest or other persons who use the Accommodation Provider's services knowingly or at the Client's will.
The Client is obliged to hand over the apartment to the Host in the condition in which he took it over. In particular, he is obliged to perform
The client is obliged to vacate the assigned seat on the day of departure at the specified time. In the event that the Client does not vacate the apartment within the specified time, the Accommodation Provider is entitled to charge the Client for an additional day of stay or evict the Client's personal luggage and ensure that the rights of other Clients are not restricted.
The client is prohibited from:
allow third parties to enter, stay and sleep in the accommodation facility, lend the chip from the accommodation facility to third parties,
move furniture to other rooms or areas without the consent of the accommodation provider,
carry out interventions in the distribution of electricity, water, data networks and central heating,
replace light bulbs with others with higher power,
bring into the accommodation facility and have in the used space or rooms: flammable, explosive and incendiary substances, weapons, drugs (including marijuana), unstorable items, gas appliances, electric direct heating appliances, electric hotplates and washing machines,
adjust or replace door locks,
pollute the common areas and the surroundings of the accommodation facility,
keep animals of all kinds in the premises of the accommodation facility, incl. aquarium fish,
throw or pour water or other liquids, furniture, electrical appliances, personal items, food, garbage and any other things out of the windows.
The condition for staying in the Accommodation Provider's accommodation facility is, in particular, compliance with the basic rules of social coexistence, tolerance and mutual respect in the sense of the Civil Code, compliance with nighttime silence, compliance with order and cleanliness in all areas inside the facility and in its immediate surroundings. For violation of the obligations stated in these General Terms and Conditions, the Accommodation Provider is entitled to impose a fine of up to CZK 1,000 on the Client.
The right to accommodation in the accommodation facility expires on the last day of accommodation stated in the accommodation order confirmation by the Accommodation Provider.
The right to accommodation expires immediately if the Client violates these GTC or grossly violated the rules of social coexistence, or if the Accommodation Service is not paid in advance for accommodation services. In such a case, the Accommodation Provider may terminate the accommodation services even without claims for a refund of the remaining amount for the accommodation.
The right to accommodation in an accommodation facility expires on the last day until the period for which the accommodation services are paid for.
In the event that the Client does not vacate the accommodation space in accordance with the previous paragraph, the Accommodation Provider is entitled to evict the Client's property at the Client's expense. In these cases, the lodger stores the Client's property for a period of 2 weeks in its premises and after this time can dispose of it, or hire a company to remove and store the Client's belongings. In such a case, the Client authorizes the Accommodation Provider to enter into a contract with the selected hider on his behalf, as a depositor, under normal business conditions.
4. Rights and obligations of the Host
The accommodation provider reserves the right in exceptional cases to offer the Client different accommodation than was originally agreed upon, if it does not differ significantly from the confirmed order.
The host has the right to bill his services at any time or bill them continuously.
The Accommodation Provider can extend the Client's stay only if the Accommodation Provider has available capacity.
In the event that the Client ends his stay earlier than was agreed in the booking confirmation, the Accommodation Provider has the right to charge the Client the amount for the entire stay, including services.
The Accommodation Provider is entitled to terminate the provision of services to the Client and withdraw from the contract with immediate effect and without the Client's right to a refund, when:
The Client intentionally or negligently damages the property of the Accommodation Provider, or his behavior is contrary to the principles of decent social behavior, morality or annoys third parties with his behavior,
the Client's health condition threatens the health of third parties and staff,
due to force majeure.
The Host is entitled to use the Client's personal data provided in the stay order only for the contractual relationship concluded between the Host and the Client.
5. Final Provisions
These GTC are an integral part of the accommodation order. For group stays, different booking conditions can be negotiated. If the Client does not receive these conditions, he is entitled to request them from the Accommodation Provider. The Client is obliged to familiarize himself with the terms and conditions before making a reservation, and the Accommodation Provider provides the terms and conditions for this through its web presentation, booking forms, e-mail statement for a preliminary reservation and on request. The general terms and conditions enter into force on 1 April 2023. Changes and additions to these conditions can be individually adjusted between the Accommodation Provider and the Client exclusively in writing.
In Prague on April 1, 2023
